This 1986 Chevy D30 M1008 Military Pickup truck is a super clean M1008 US Military Truck. This particular truck was in the army reserves unit so it has really low miles. We have had servera;l of these trucks over the years and this one is by far the cleanest we have come across. It was in the army until 2023 when it was sold to civilian for the first time. The last owner of this truck went through all of the mechanicals to make sure it was ready to be driven and also to make sure it would be a reliable vehicle . The body on this truck is extremely nice. Usually these military rigs can be beat up some and this one is really straight. It has both of the original bumpers that are in excellent condition and the original grille guard. The paint on this truck was fading when he purchased it so he had the whole truck repainted and it looks great! The underside of this truck is extra clean and we found no rust issues with this truck!

The interior is also really nice. The bench seat was reupholstered and is like new. It still has the original floor mat in good condition and it has a new dash cover because the dash was cracked. The dash bezel is also original and in good condition as well as the door panels. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, turn signals, and blackout lights are all working. The gauges all work. The windshield wipers and the heat work. This truck does not have a horn as apparently some of the military trucks did not have horns. It is a nice, basic military interior.

Mechanically this truck is top notch!! It starts easy and it runs and drives excellent! The engine is the original 6.2L Diesel which is a completely mechanical engine. When it was purchased by the last owner he replaced all of the glow plugs, belts, and gave it 2 new batteries. The engine runs strong with no issues or red flags that we found. The transmission is the Turbo 400 that shifts nice and it is mated to the np208 transfer case. The 4WD works like it should. It has a Corporate 14 Bolt rear axle with 4.56 gears and a factory locker. It has a Dana 60 front axle with 4.56 gears. This truck has a new 6 Inch lift kit with new front and rear springs, new shocks, and new hankook 35 Inch Mud Terrain 2 tires with new black aluminum wheels. This truck has a great look and a great stance! It also has a 24 Volt Battery tender Solar Charger. All of this work was done less than 1,000 miles ago and this truck is ready to roll.
